Managed agent execution previously depended on the HTTP process, and managed worlds had no supported exact-state recovery path. This adds runtime-owned worker profiles and process supervision, fenced reads and durable effect admissions, exact-pin JSON recovery, and asynchronous local Iceberg staging/publication. Application prompts and tool semantics stay outside the runtime.
Saved library artifacts use the existing immutable registry; Observer and application workers share one small Python attachment client. Native builds now isolate generated projects and publish Cargo-reported executables, fixing cross-program artifact reuse.
Validation: 145 Rust tests, 80 Python tests, nine installed-client checks, formatting and strict all-feature clippy passed on Rust 1.95. Native JSON/Iceberg restoration, contention, cleanup and artifact isolation have separate source-bound receipts in docs/evidence. Product integration also exercised independent HHMM/composed worlds and an in-flight worker surviving HTTP replacement.
Limits: local same-user ownership and trusted workers; local SQLite/FileIO Iceberg only; whole-program input checkpoints; no automatic effect retry, remote exactly-once guarantee, or distributed runtime. Native build and storage receipt provenance distinguishes earlier candidates from the final regression-tested candidate.
